Monthly First Friday live group Q&A, ~60 minutes or until last question answered.

Access to the Q&A replay library during the access term.

Priority for pre-submitted questions received by 10:45 AM ET on call day.
Access term.

Term begins on purchase and ends after the selected duration: 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.

No pauses, extensions, or proration.
Fees and payment.

One-time fee per chosen term, paid at checkout.

All amounts are in USD. Taxes, if any, are additional.
Scheduling.

Provider posts dates and times in the Q&A hub.

Provider may reschedule for illness, emergency, or platform outages. If a month’s call is canceled, Provider will reschedule or add a replacement session.
Submissions.

No PHI. De-identify files and links.

Provider prioritizes clear, concise questions submitted before the cutoff, then live questions time permitting.

Submission does not guarantee the question will be answered in a given session.
Scope.

Conduct.
Recording and IP.

Sessions are recorded. By attending or submitting a question, Student consents to recording.

Provider owns all recordings, transcripts, summaries, and materials.

Student receives a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view during the access term. No downloading, reposting, or distribution.
Confidentiality and privacy.

Do not share PHI or identifying details.

Provider will not disclose Student questions by name in public marketing without consent.

Provider may use anonymized learnings to improve offerings.
Tech requirements.
Refunds.

Refunds within 1 day of purchase if Student has not attended a live session during the term.

After that window, all fees are nonrefundable.
Misuse.
Governing law; disputes.

Massachusetts law governs.

Venue, state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Parties agree to good-faith discussion before filing suit.
