The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and High Rock Experts® (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

Program

The Company agrees to provide you with access to the Online Course entitled, “Beyond the Basics: Industry Insider Insights” (“Program”). As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.

Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, & Disclaimer

The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in the Program. In the event of a conflict between any of those policies and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.

Nature of the Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between You and the Company. The Company is providing access to the Program solely for educational and informational purposes. The content within the Program, including interactions with instructors, should not be interpreted as legal, financial, or professional advice.

Fees

In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay the required one-time payment, which must be made in full before access is granted.

Refund Policy

Because you will receive full access to the Program upon enrollment, no refunds will be given.

The Program

As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following:

Access to Program Materials – The Company shall maintain a Program Area, which may include video interviews, worksheets, checklists, and other materials. You shall have access to this Program Area for at least 365 days upon enrollment. If the Company intends to discontinue the Program Area, it will provide participants with 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to download available resources.

Bonuses – From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses to individuals who enroll in the Program. You shall be entitled to any bonuses that were available at the time of your registration.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content included in the Program, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of High Rock Experts® or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your participation in the Program does not transfer any ownership rights to You. You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program content for personal use only. You agree that you will not:

• Modify, publish, transmit, sell, or create derivative works of the Program content
• Share, distribute, or resell any materials from the Program
• Use any Company trademarks, logos, or content without prior written permission

Any unauthorized use of the Program materials will result in immediate termination of your access.

Confidentiality

The Company respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any personal information except as outlined in this Agreement.

As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to:

• Respect the confidentiality of other Program participants
• Not share any private discussions, proprietary materials, or Program content outside of the Program
• Not reproduce, distribute, or disclose any of the Company’s proprietary methods, processes, forms, or templates

Personal Responsibility

By participating in the Program, You accept full responsibility for the results of Your actions. The Company makes no guarantees about specific outcomes or earnings. Your success depends on various factors, including:

• Your personal efforts
• Your business circumstances
• External factors beyond the control of the Company

You agree that prior results from other participants do not guarantee similar results for You.

Materials Provided by You

The Company does not claim ownership of any materials, feedback, or submissions You provide during the Program. However, by submitting content (such as feedback, comments, or participation in recorded sessions), You grant the Company permission to use Your content for:

• Marketing and promotional materials
• Future iterations of the Program
• Business operations, including educational enhancements

No compensation will be provided for the use of submitted materials.

No Warranties

The Company makes no warranties regarding the performance, accuracy, or functionality of the Program. The Program and its content are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of information or completeness of content
• Availability of Program materials or instructor participation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Program
• Any loss of profits, business, or data resulting from Program participation
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Program content

If you are dissatisfied with the Program, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Program.

Arbitration Agreement

By enrolling in the Program, You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in Massachusetts. You waive any right to a class-action lawsuit and agree to individual arbitration only. You will also be responsible for any costs associated with arbitration proceedings.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless High Rock Experts®, its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from:

• Your participation in the Program
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of Program materials

Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time if:

• You violate the terms outlined in this Agreement
• You engage in disruptive, unethical, or unlawful behavior
• You share, reproduce, or distribute Program materials without authorization

No refunds will be issued if your access is terminated.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Program.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights under this Agreement.

Force Majeure

High Rock Experts® shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, fires, floods, pandemics
• Government restrictions, war, civil unrest
• Power outages, communication failures, or technical disruptions

Effective Date

This Agreement shall be enforceable upon the date you enroll in the Program.
